The most useful review selected by IndeedDriving for tesco distribution reading .very picky on driving ie rayed on efficiency .don't like drivers accelerating or braking too much lol I know job is OK easy enough however they like you to commit to shifts .Good although when tesco decide to drop drivers last minute your dropped no pay no retainer nothing not good in fact shocking been cancelled 3 times once under 2hrs before shift .not good especially when turn down sh8ft elsewhere as you'd committed to shift for tesco via trg

Members should be given a preffered shift and should not be deceived by recruiters

The work was very interesting and I think everyone will love to work with the company. The trainers were good and had time for all employees ,they don’t ever get tired of us and any person at all is free minded opens to offer help for anyone .appreciate break are also given to employees and we always follow time when time is due , I wish to be enrolled on the night shift as I enjoy work With the company and I can afford to loose that.

HGV Class 1 Driver (Former Employee) - Barnsley, South Yorkshire - 16 September 2023
At least Barnsley branch were decent. If you are reliable and hard working they will always have work for you even during quiet times. Paid ALWAYS on time and always right. They ask a week in advance for your availability and work with the days you tell them.The only reason for leaving was contract work pattern itself - mostly late shifts which meant that, personally, I had to refuse most of the longer shifts and if you work only 8hrs a day, even at nearly £15p/h weekly pay becomes a bit low.

I would like to work with trg recruitment. I learned many of things from there that mean work coordination and management . The management are very helpful to learn wherehouse operatings, especially their behaviour because everyone like very friendly and like a family. Moreover the hardest part of the job is continuously standing and walking but we can adjust that because every wherehouse jobs like this and the most enjoyable part of the job when we get a break.

In a typical day in my last position, I fulfilled various administrative tasks such as performing data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. I believed I learned how to plan and organize the tasks that I need to accomplished even on a tight deadline. I also learned that a strong work culture can bring benefits to us such as enhanced-trust and cooperation, fewer disagreements and more efficient decision making. The hardest part of my previous job was dealing with certain clients, when they give the company a hard time, doing our job becomes tough. However, when we get a great client and started to have a good relationship with them, that's the most rewarding part of our job.

Organised and clear induction but not start work yet
