Great place to work, very positive and dynamic sales environment
I joined Chancellor’s in May after a long career in both corporate and independent estate agency. The culture is a refreshing change from the larger corporate agents. There is a structured process and focus on front end sales, with excellent training and development. The company has a genuine meritocracy with tremendous opportunity for advancement based on results.
