Great job, unlike any other
I love my job and would challenge you to find a more interesting area to work in. Not many people know much about homelessness unless you’re in it. You’ll never meet a nicer team of people to work amongst and will make friends for life.

Do not care about staff
Poor place to work for, do not care about staff keep them working for the bare minimum but expect and pile in more and more work, especially the more you progress. Keep staff in working poverty and do nothing to support them.
