Inspired by his travels and love of cooking, Charlie set up shop back in 1996 with the sole aim of creating really delicious dishes for foodies – putting in all the care and attention that you would if you were to cook them yourself. Mess

Unorganized, lazy leaders, lack of higiene, lack of rule following, cross contamination at a maximum level. Lots of people getting free money as they get away with not working 90% of the time. Basically a mess.

Not a great place to work

Awful place to work, terrible management .. you’re only a number to them. Crazy how when we have an audit all the management are running around changing everything to how it should be.. why not like this all the time.
