Answered 8 December 2020Id rid some of the staff and management promote and retrain others id take all residents into a b and b for aroumd two months and completely refurbished the home extend into other home and make home more rewarding and less routinal as it cant be good living in a home which is dirty cold and unkempt id employ a cook and cleaner and schedule staff acccording to needs make sure theres plenty to do and keep residents occupied and reduce behaviours have small quiet areas for leisure art crafts tv and a well equipted entertainment lounge remove en suite showers thus elimininating leaks and problems build wardrobes and furniture and build tvs behind screens allow personnal choices and decor and let residents choose their staff and activities this place presently is awfully run cqc needs to investihate thoughouhhly as each time individuals go out it appears to be to charity shops for clothes which often look ridiculous everything appears used and never works properly hence all need re approaching

Answered 11 December 2020There is no team leader, you’re left to work with no higher management/team leaders to report to. Management never answer the phone when you need them.
