  • Current management are racist and have preferential treatment for favorite staff

  • Continuing to annoy service users and annoying staff hiring and firing like the wind and being dictated to like children management dont know what their doing cant even get the amount of staff to cover shifts safely this company only cares about paying you minimum wage and trying to kill you

  • Unprofessional,uncaring,BADLY mis-managed and no structure whatsoever. You are left with HIGHLY CHALLENGING individuals, just to 'get on with it'. No on-call,no support,lack of knowledge on behalf of management,TOTAL unprofessionalism when reporting a Safeguarding...it's brushed under the carpet!...disgusting!!
