Busy yet fun workplace
Being such a small company, C&B is still getting there when it comes down to processes and procedures. However it's made great progress on these things over the last year and is a great place to work for. The food is great so you know what you're selling people is worth their money which makes the job worth it. It is very busy and fast-paced so be prepared for that.

Productive and good spirited
Working here was a pleasure. The staff are all nice, and treat you with respect and attention. The variety of jobs I was faced with through my food prep role kept me on my toes, and I found the job entertaining and fun overall. I hope I’ll be back there to help out again some day.

Good Place to work
working here for quite some time now and honestly I love it, the general manager is a pleasure to work with and honestly the reason I come in smiling each day, New ops Manager is brilliant. Honestly from the general manager and the new ops manager I have a lot to learn.

Hard work, stressful and under staffed
Very busy place to work, very stressful a lot of the time, few perks and people call in sick all of the time but are not disciplined because of it, which makes everyone else have to work even harder. If you're looking for a work life balance this isn't the place for you. Reccomend if you want to work 55+ hours a week

Great place to work
I've been at Chicken & Blues for nearly 5 years now. It's a great place to work and always busy. It has a proper cult following in Bournemouth and Poole and the teams work together really well to service a huge amount of orders every day. If i ever have things to discuss, the owners' are always available to spend time with and chat to - it's an open and positive place to be. I'm proud to be part of a team that's won national awards, and am excited about the future with the business.
