I took the role based on my perception of Chubb as a company. Due to lack of training and expectations for me to deal with tasks for which I wasn’t trained meant I did not last long in the role and had to find a job elsewhere.

Fast paced and chaotic

No training or proper equipment given. Constantly speaking with customers and dealing with complaints as they”cant get a hold of anyone” Only good if you are willing to put in the overtime to keep your jobs clear
