Supportive management and leadership with great people culture. Lots of progression opportunities if you put the work in. The job can sometimes be difficult, but the rest of the team will always help out when needed.

Cleaning in a school. Job easy, but often lack of supplies in Cleaning store cupboard. So have to search other cupboards in the building to find what you need.

I have been with Churchill for a few months and have in all my years never worked for a team who care so much for the work they do and their team mates.i look forward to my future in this company and lets see where it takes me and the company .

Just don’t do it

Low pay for role you do,No staff ,high turnover Management have no clue in roles required, Meant to be equal opportunities employer, that’s a big fat lie!!!Company has you working on your own so they can justify to contract that there meeting the requirements.Never cared about staff only thinking of themselves.You have to be stupid to work for them!!
