What a circus!

Account Manager (Former Employee) - Yorkshire and Humberside, Sheffield. - 20 September 2023

On real on boarding or training, it was straight in and try your best to cope. No real management structure but the account manager tried there best noone else helping. Regional management telling the client things that we can't ever deliver so back against the wall from day one.

You work alone, all alone.

Cons

The regional management is shocking.only saw them once in Sheffield.

I have been with Churchill for a few months and have in all my years never worked for a team who care so much for the work they do and their team mates.i look forward to my future in this company and lets see where it takes me and the company .

Colleagues are very nice, it’s just the people you deal with that are not.

Every single one of the colleagues that i’ve met were incredibly kind to me upon first meeting them. The only bad thing about the job was that the customers can be nasty, so be prepared.

Breaks that come with 6+ hour shifts

Busy, especially at Christmas
