What a circus!

On real on boarding or training, it was straight in and try your best to cope. No real management structure but the account manager tried there best noone else helping. Regional management telling the client things that we can't ever deliver so back against the wall from day one.

Pros

You work alone, all alone.

Cons

The regional management is shocking.only saw them once in Sheffield.

Fast paced

Face paced and diverse environment to work in. Great support from upper management and clients. No micromanagement as its up to you to manage your own diary.

Colleagues are very nice, it’s just the people you deal with that are not.

Every single one of the colleagues that i’ve met were incredibly kind to me upon first meeting them. The only bad thing about the job was that the customers can be nasty, so be prepared.

Pros

Breaks that come with 6+ hour shifts

Cons

Busy, especially at Christmas
