Dreadful company to work for awful pay and awful management unrealistic expectations no matter what situations your are In ie short staffed having no stores issues to even complete the job

Very poor company
Train presentation (Former Employee) - Norfolk - 25 February 2023
Don't care about family life.No support from team leader all the way to area supervisor.Very little communication from staff and GTR side.No discretionary in any matters personal or work related.No flexibility if you have children at all.If you value anything don't apply within this company.Worst I've ever had.

Pros you may get paid correctly.

A very good company to work for. Not a lot to say as never had a problem with them. Great staff and a fun place to work. I enjoyed my time working for them.
