  • Hire a CEO with a care in the world. One who likes people.

  • Listen to staff, invest in staff. Dont let the senior managing team treat people like something they scrapped off a shoe.

  • Treat people better. You hand your notice in and no even checks why. They dont care

  • Hire a regional manager, carry out service provider audits, give regular support. LEARN YOU STAFFS NAMES

  • Hire the right leaders, staff dont leave bad jobs, they leave bad managers. Nursing is hard and should be respected by those not qualified to hold these posts.

  • Churchlake care should not own homes it’s a disgrace to vulnerable people, the COO and CEO only care about saving money at the cost of the residents, it’s a crime they get away with it.

  • Fire the entire board and then sell the homes to a company that knows what it's doing. Vulnerable people are in the centre here

  • I would hire a COO who has a proven track record with CQC. One who has home manager level experience. I would hire regional support teams, and a clinical governance manager with more than 2 years practical experience. I would listen to the decades of experience within the company that is at Churchlakes disposal. I would hire back the managers who were pushed out.

  • For the team to be more team. More staffing.
