Pension, paid breaks, incentives to introduce staff. Paid holidays.
None at all.
None, they dont care about staff
None what so ever. As a nurse I legally must have clinical supervision to re-validate my PIN. This is not available at Churchlake if you are a clinical lead as there is no clinical support from senior managers
Well you dont need any experience and you can behave how ever you like. You can sit on the board with no idea how to do your job and still get paid. Wear which ever clothes you like no matter how inappropriate!
No benefits with this company as all they care about is money

The company gives the absolute minimum employment benefits required by law .
Minimum wage for vast majority
Minimum Break period
Minimum Training (mostly online,in your own time)
Minimum Holiday requirement
Minimum Pension contributions (if they remember to sign you up)
Statutory sick pay
Minimum staff levels so opportunity for overtime , paid at basic rate of coarse, may be a benefit for some.
I found nothing beneficial while working there
