Brilliant place to work

I love the fact that they look after people the way I would like my family members to be looked after . I loved it there. If they could have advanced my career more I wouldn’t have left. I can recommend it to anyone!

Stressful

Staff (Current Employee) - Rectory Court - 17 November 2023

Carers are totally involved in makin and serving breakfast; setting tables and washing dishes while assisting people with personal care and their daily routine at the same time. The shortage of staff puts massive pressure on support workers.Very little understanding and leadership from a manager.If people enjoy working under terrible pressure , Rectory Court is a perfect work place.
