What is the best part of working at the company?Uniform and free drinks also you get a small lunchWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?Some people are not suited to management rolls as they aren’t able to communicate in a kind and respectful way , came across as a bully What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Surrounded by beautiful furnishings but very little goes into achieving a stimulating day for residents, a sad theme for our elderly generation with money What is a typical day like for you at the company?Greeting in reception area taking calls helping with any administrative tasks

I joined the Cinnamon Care Collection as an Administrator when one of our London homes opened. I have great support and development since joining which has led to my recent career move to a HR role in just 9 months within the Organisation. Great example of Investor in people.

Brilliant place to work

Senior Care Assistant (Former Employee) - Waterlooville - 18 November 2023

I love the fact that they look after people the way I would like my family members to be looked after . I loved it there. If they could have advanced my career more I wouldn’t have left. I can recommend it to anyone!
