Extremly busy,no support from team leads or management,too much negativity from staff and certain staff show no support to new staffLovely residents but would never want to work for such a poor work ethic company again!

Bad management with little help when you're struggling, felt like I was always doing bad and they didn't even try and help just judge me and tell me off. The hr side of cinnamon care is dealt with terribly and not fair either. Would avoid working for this company

Feels like I've got a got a great future here and I'm learning loads and can go for a senior if I want to. Really supportive manager and team. Lovely residents.
