No training/ pay isn't enough
Training is minimal, quick learning of daily duties then left to get on with it. No chances for career progression. Underpaid. Staff turnover is high. Management approachable but don't action your concerns.

Rochdale, HIghfield Hospital
Disastrous place to work, few staff to fill positions, they treat their staff like slaves, bad leadership and administration. The only good thing is the free drinks if there is time for one.

Lack of support for new employees
If your face fits within your department you'll get on ok otherwise will feel isolated and given least appealing tasks. Lack of support for those new to the organisation.
