BMI Healthcare is going from strength to strength when it comes to the organisational culture, especially since becoming part of the Circle Health Group. Communication and support from management has become so much better and is certainly one of the best companies have worked for. Teamwork is a big factor and having a great team who are there to support you makes all the difference. Flexible working is already encouraged, holiday's are generous and work is appreciated but unlimited holiday's or an option to buy more holiday's would make this work life balance even better.

At CHG your pay is reviewed yearly. You will receive annual appraisals reflecting and setting goals. Some departments will receive more frequent and specific performance reviews.

Interviews can be video calls, via telephone or face to face depending on the vacancy you are being invited to interview for. These normally consist of a CV walkthrough and some competency based scenario questions. For more senior roles we may also require you to prepare a presentation, however we will always make this clear in your invitation email to give you adequate time to prepare.Following your interview, we aim to let you know the outcome within 2 working days.

I find that BMI/ CHG offer a diverse, inclusive working culture where the emphasis is on working together and celebrating successes as a team.
