BMI Healthcare is going from strength to strength when it comes to the organisational culture, especially since becoming part of the Circle Health Group. Communication and support from management has become so much better and is certainly one of the best companies have worked for. Teamwork is a big factor and having a great team who are there to support you makes all the difference. What is the interview process like at Circle Health Group?
Interviews can be video calls, via telephone or face to face depending on the vacancy you are being invited to interview for. These normally consist of a CV walkthrough and some competency based scenario questions. For more senior roles we may also require you to prepare a presentation, however we will always make this clear in your invitation email to give you adequate time to prepare.
