What advice would you give the CEO of Circle Health Group about how to improve it?
I would increase salary so parallel to NHS.Recognise the employees for all the hard work and pay higher living costs to expensive living areas such as greater london.Better communication from managers.New equipment and better facilities for staff and patients.Free meals for staff on overtime.Asked 4 December 2018
