How often do pay and performance reviews occur at Circle Health Group?

At CHG your pay is reviewed yearly.
You will receive annual appraisals reflecting and setting goals. Some departments will receive more frequent and specific performance reviews.

If your face fits I think its easier.
Other wise you have you have to beg to be reviewed and the managers get irritated.
Only certain departments can progress and get more such as nurses as they are needed. Any other role such as portering or housekeeping hca no chance.
