How would you describe the pace of work at Circle Health Group?

It's a fast paced working environment. You need to take change in your stride and be adaptable and approachable as the company expands. My team are always willing to go above and beyond and we're lucky to have amazing support from our management.

A very fast paced environment, you need to be able to work at a consistently rapid rate however it is very enjoyable. Managers are there when needed and provide the support when required.

Fast pace work! but very enjoyable, managers trust the staff to get the job done and no micro management is used. If you are struggling there is plenty of help and support available. great company to work for I have no complaints

The pace of work is fast but it makes it enjoyable as every day is different and you are constantly learning and developing, there is also a lot of management support so you never feel as if you are on your own.

Awful company to work for. Management take forever to sort employees complaints out.
Shifts are changed at short notice.
Lack of staff, so very stressful work load. Most of the employees seemed stressed and there was always a Low morale atmosphere.

Very fast pace with no training or support

Compared to NHS it's alot less work. Maybe 1/4 of work load of NHS HCA role.
