Unfair treatment, expected to work harder then others, who stand around doing nothing, lack of leadership and people skills by senior management.
If provided a better job opportunity with higher salary elsewhere. I am very happy at the moment however and not actively looking to leave.
Only if my manager was to leave. I have fantastic support and opportunity to learn more very day so I have no reason to leave!
Due to low wage and no career progression
Repetitive calls, not the company's fault
Lack of leadership that is understood by workers, everyone chips in with conflicting 'orders' no one takes the time to explain who is actually responsible for what.
I would only leave BMI, If i was given a permanant position near to where i live
