Interviews can be video calls, via telephone or face to face depending on the vacancy you are being invited to interview for. These normally consist of a CV walkthrough and some competency based scenario questions. For more senior roles we may also require you to prepare a presentation, however we will always make this clear in your invitation email to give you adequate time to prepare.

Following your interview, we aim to let you know the outcome within 2 working days.

  • Pretty chaotic. Was offered interview with only 2 days’s notice but only 2 time slots available on one day which I could not attend as I was relocating a relative from Hampshire to Kent. No contact number provided to advise them or discuss alternative date and mum email was not responded to until day of interviews when told they had a good field of candidates so hopefully would be able to fill the post without needing to interview on another date. Then I was telephoned a few days later and invited again for interview. Turned out to be for a different role but one I was interested in when it was described. Interview appeared to go well and I was advised they would ring me 2 working days later. I’ve heard nothing since! Total waste of time and not a good indicator of how they treat people.
