Interviews can be video calls, via telephone or face to face depending on the vacancy you are being invited to interview for. These normally consist of a CV walkthrough and some competency based scenario questions.
For more senior roles we may also require you to prepare a presentation, however we will always make this clear in your invitation email to give you adequate time to prepare.
Face to face interview with standard corporate questions by recruiting manager and another person, sometimes asked other job specific/scenario type questions. Sometimes a second interview and then offer/decline the candidate.
An informal chat and walk round the hospital.
