There is no organisational culture at Circle Health Group, rules are broken to suit themselves.

BMI Healthcare is going from strength to strength when it comes to the organisational culture, especially since becoming part of the Circle Health Group. Communication and support from management has become so much better and is certainly one of the best companies have worked for. Teamwork is a big factor and having a great team who are there to support you makes all the difference. Respect from not only my line manager but also the senior management team is refreshing and much appreciated.

The culture here great! you have constant support from managers and they push to do better and if you need help with anything they are always there to help. It really is like a family culture that help and support one another. A lot of positive energy is pushed around to make staff feel comfortable and it pushes you to give you best. Best company I have ever worked for!!

The culture at BMI healthcare is second to none, it's one of the nicest companies I have ever worked for. Teamwork and support is amazing and you always feel more than just an employee. The best ever!

Toxic, bullying culture. Management will use you then toss you out like you're worthless. Staff are burnt out

Dont bother even applying for this company. Poor management, staff seem to think they run the place. Constant backlog. A lot of cliques, along with backstabbing, badmouthing, bullying and belittling.
