Overall this is a nice place to work.
Staff and Mangement are always for you.I find that BMI/ CHG offer a diverse, inclusive working culture where the emphasis is on working together and celebrating successes as a team. Covid has pulled us together so that we are closer and stronger than ever. Everyone who works across our hospitals are committed and passionate about providing 1st class care to our patients.
