I find that BMI/ CHG offer a diverse, inclusive working culture where the emphasis is on working together and celebrating successes as a team. Covid has pulled us together so that we are closer and stronger than ever. Everyone who works across our hospitals are committed and passionate about providing 1st class care to our patients.

It's a fast paced working environment. You need to take change in your stride and be adaptable and approachable as the company expands. My team are always willing to go above and beyond and we're lucky to have amazing support from our management.
