Collaborative, supportive & allows for great work life balance

The Harbour Hospital is a great place to work. It has a friendly atmosphere which is down to a good mix of people working here. The management team are approachable and supportive which is key to the positive environment. I have been given many learning opportunities and been enrolled on a course to further my knowledge and career within pharmacy.A highlight of working at The Harbour is the charity work we partake in, knowing that we can make a difference in our local community is important as is the free coffee we get ;) and the staff parties.The hardest part of this job is perhaps that its not always a predictable workload due to the many different consultants we work with. In general its a nice place with lots of great people and Circle Health Group understand the importance of work life balance.
