Loved every minute working here, Lincoln team are brilliant and a big family.Work life balance is great and patient feedback/satisfaction is a boost. All team members from consultants to floor staff are treated equally.

A good job but no praise and lack of progression. Patients are lovely and days are varied with a variety of different responsibilities. No parking is difficult
