Cirrus Selection are a fantastic company to work for with a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The company are privately owned, and are able to make decisions immediately for the good of the candidates, clients, company and staff, rather than having to go through layers of meetings like at other businesses.
The company is very busy, with a large workload, which helps add a level of job security, and also are well managed financially with an excellent A grade credit rating, which also gives comfort to anyone looking to join the business, that this would be an excellent company to work for.
Cirrus has created a collaborative and enjoyable environment in which to work, where you are rewarded for the effort that is put in whilst being provided with the tools and support to achieve and surpass your goals. Customer and client focus is paramount, but ensuring that staff are happy allows Cirrus to continue to deliver to the highest standards
