WOW If you want a job where you have more targets than you can possibly imagine and awful penaltys against your comission if you dont hit those targets then go work here. Management are not to be trusted and wil stab you in the back at the first opportunity. High pressure sales company where the sale comes before the customers needs. You will have conference calls regularly and waste a lot of time on CRM systems which dont actually benefit you just give management another way to micromanage you!

Don’t be fooled by the Company awards. The CC managers are only bothered with targets and not with personal development or staff well being. Would not recommend to anyone with experience or without.

Travel was a bit of a concern. Was able to visit a great range of clients within different industries that I would not necessarily get. Great supportive management team.

Management did not care at all about staff or customers! Major staff turnaround, with most people quitting within the first month of the job. Never saw ONE penny of my tips!! Always working a close with 3 other members of staff even though it quietens around 9 so say goodbye to your life. 12-hour shifts with no break. Honestly just awful I have nothing good to say.

The team members and management were very easy to get along with and made you feel very welcome and comfortable. However it was often difficult to make plans in your personal life as it was difficult to get time off.

Citation has a very a positive working environment, from working there you get the feeling everyone is trying to help you as much as they can, which made you feel safe and positive in the company itself. They provided me a two week induction and then you have 6 months probation. In those 6 months they provide on going training to you and give you time to get to grips with the business. Is what they said at the start, but after 2 weeks of additional training and if you still haven't got your bearings of it they will send you on your way and end it just like that. No word of warning, like if you don't improve your going. Just a straight your not good enough for this business and we don't see any room for improvement, Basing it off two weeks on the phone and two weeks training as well. I feel that citation isn't everything they big up to be, considering they are H&S and employment law. They are meant to provide a service to other business regarding the well being of employees so how they can dismiss somebody on the day with no word of warning and not following any procedures such as three stage dismissal is unbelievable. If you are looking for a long term career they will give it you but they expect you to hit target it the second week of being on the phone.

Mainly concerned with gaining business opportunities and converting to contracted agreements. Calling on a self operating Dialler system. Good prep training on the products we dealt with and generally constant coaching to improve. Management willing to back performance with bonuses/ commission and try to liven the workplace with quiz mornings , Bingo and target prizes on the day. Ethos is steady improvement in the workplace and help colleagues who are in a slump. Charitable links so themed days to collect for chosen charity. Hardest part is keeping the constant calling and meeting rejections daily. Most enjoyable working in a friendly and positive atmosphere with a company who has a great management head.

typical call centre environment. KPI and target driven. Predictive dialling. great co-workers. managers give constant feedback how you are doing with lots of coaching to help you get where you need to be. hardest part of the job is when key DMs are not available for you to have a conversation about great services. most enjoyable is that you work with colleagues who are team players.
