Great team work and they value every individual that work for them. They go above and beyond to assist and support their workers. They would even pay for staff taxi costs for public holidays. It was a pleasure to work for them.

Diverse work environment i believe . its all down to clients specification, as the company is focused on person centred
Care work is job satisfaction but not the above please avoid.... I lasted 5 year had to leave under health issues that management couldn't help me and others that didnt come forward
