Great team members
Complex care personal assistant (Former Employee) - Scarborough, North Yorkshire - 30 March 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedGreat team and client I love my job where I am now. Best move I ever made. Unfortunately you are constantly pestered even on your annual leave to cover shifts. They are finding it hard to recruit as the pay is basic for a very complex care package and they really should be putting the hourly rate up a few pounds to reflect on the job we all do.
Pros
Relaxed and a fantastic team
Cons
Long shifts and constantly asking to cover

Good staff, Good management, Enough shifts
Care Assistant (Current Employee) - Birmingham, West Midlands - 25 July 2023
I enjoy working here, it can be a little stressful if you’re not a driver, however you get enough shifts. You get paid first week of the month and on time too

Worst company I have ever worked for,
Health Care Assistant (Former Employee) - Anglesey - 2 June 2023
Left doing nearly 100 hours a week for 5 months. Management were awful and most seemed to only care about themselves. I didn’t meet anyone face to face for 4 months. Kept changing training dates with minimum notice. My ex clients next of kin are trying to find a new company to manage his care, due to the bad practices from the company.
Pros
My client is a brilliant bloke
Cons
Everything

Good job but management is questionable.
Complex Care Assistant (Current Employee) - Stamford - 12 April 2023
Been working with the company for a short time and I have recently been able to start a list of issues that have come into light. Lest start with the positives. The team I work with is great and the family I work for is incredible supportive. The negatives. Looking over my contract there was a range of issues. After notifying my manager she said she would sort it with HR and then she left. The management team turn over is high. In the 8 months of being part of the company at least 8 people I know of have left. Some of which meant I was left in the dark when trying to sort my shadow shifts out.
Cons
Long hours

Stressful
Support Worker (Former Employee) - Bedford, Bedfordshire - 17 February 2023
Poor management. Unexperienced management who don't know what they are doing. Take ages to reply to the emails. They don't even communicate or meet with their clients. As soon as money is paid in their account they don't care more. Very terrible. Tcc was much better before. No staff recognition

Personal Care Assistant (Former Employee) - Telford but client in Scarborough - 14 December 2022
The job was good when you have learnt. But the staff were very clicks and the managers didn't see what was going on. Good training and support. Always had to watch what you were saying as the certain coworker would stir things up. But always very sligh. Made issues with staff he did like which in turn went to the client who makes the decision to get rid of you even though they didn't know what was going on.
Pros
Inhansments
Cons
Unexpected hours, short staffed, very clicky staff, very dominant male coworker, who wanted to be top dog, and not expect anyone else to be better than him. Even though we were all the same.

Badly run company!
Manager (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 6 November 2022
This greedy company run by megalomaniacs have bought so many small care providers and managed the process so badly that they have lost good people and clients along the way and they are still yet to learn because people are still leaving! Do your self a favour and don’t consider this as an opportunity if you want a successful career, because this company does not care.
Pros
None
Cons
Every thing

Very low job retention
Office Administrator (Current Employee) - National - 11 August 2022
The company is constantly putting office staff through consultation for redundancy. Then offering the chance to reapply for the same job on a worse contract No ones job is safe, all they care about is profit

Need to care for employees
Clinical Nurse Specialist (Former Employee) - Field Based - 21 June 2022
Great job but It was hard as the management are awful. You are just a number. For a caring profession they need to learn to care and practice what they preach about communication. Everyone is leaving this company Their petrol allowance is criminal

Overall satisfactory
Rapid Response Healthcare Assistant (Former Employee) - Aylesbury - 11 June 2022
More support could have been given from management in terms of more training and supervisions. However, hours and pay were very good for me and I learned so much.

Don't work for this company
Care Assistant (Former Employee) - North London - 6 June 2022
Not a nice company to work for. They don't care about you has an employee. You work long hours, don't get to eat lunch at regular times, time is taken up with clients, alot of online work to do & has to be done within a certain amount of time. Overall rewarding but very challenging.

Travel possible
Personal Care Assistant (Former Employee) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire - 21 April 2022
12hr shifts were a bit hard but loved my job. Overall there are opportunities to travel all over UK as a rapid and earn really good money. All patients were good to work with too

Well organized and supportive
Health Care Assistant (Former Employee) - Grimsby - 6 April 2022
I enjoyed working for this company. They were well organised, issues resolved quite quickly. Management was checking if everything runs well and smooth and were able to support if required. Regular training was in depth, yet easy to do. Pitty the company had to leave the area where I work.
Pros
Support, training
Cons
Sometimes long hours

Thoughtful management
Support Worker (Part-time) (Current Employee) - York, North Yorkshire - 6 November 2021
Was lucky enough to have thoughtful managers that would often ask you if you needed any particular days off before doing a rota. Easy to swap shifts understanding about illness or childcare issues from my personal experience unless our team was just fortunate enough to have two good managers
Pros
Down time
Cons
Work 12 hours straight
