Hard work
Work load can feel unmanageable and no effort made to ease this. Expected to see far too many patients and often do not have lunch or break. When complained, got told to “ do what you can” Care Worker in Sunderland

Embarrassing
Poor company to work for as you are under paid every week, training is poor, expect you to work at a drop of a hat even though it’s your day off. Asking you to do 10 miles a day on foot or public transport but get no expenses. I left after 4 weeks and they gave my new employer a bad reference of me. My advise is stay well clear. A few years of service
MANAGERS are useless & will want blood if you make a mistake eveb though you work 50 hrs pw & a few on the weekends. Get taken for granted. Couldnt sell the firm so re labeled.Alot of the ground workers are the best youll ever work with bar the few snakes. Who often wiggle their way into the office.Advancement yeah rite.
