Rubbish don’t join

Rubbish company no proper training given and blaming on new security and not giving full access and making new people supervisors when they are not even trained properly less pay and no care about security officers

Wages poor. No communication. Sent left right and centre. Never no if your working a 100 hour week or 10 hour week. The manager talks to people like dirt.

Don't bother. management terrible. No one communicates.pay rise will be non existent. Work life balance a joke. They only care sbout getting the job done
