We value public trust and confidence in policing and to earn this we will be open to scrutiny and transparent in our actions. We will respond to well founded criticism with a willingness to learn and change.

We will make sure that all crime is recorded ethically and in accordance with all current guidance.

We are an organisation that believes in openness, honesty and fairness. We believe in mutual trust and respect, and in valuing diversity in our role both as an employer and as a public service provider.

We will support equality by creating an environment that maximises everyone's talents in order to meet the needs of the organisation and those of the community we serve.

Terrible management
Would be a great place to work if not for awful management who are willing to use their staff as 'examples' in their career progression with no thought for that person's welfare

High Stress
I worked on the Action Fraud campaign for a little under 2 years. Management was very good to start, then management was replaced with significantly younger and inexperienced staff, which led to horrible management and inevitable decline of the campaign. Front line staff could clearly see the issue, but any and all feedback was ignored.
Site Manager/Construction Manager Paragon in City of London, Greater London

It was a high pressure site with a few access challenges as some areas were out of bounds.
I was working for Interserve/Paragon unfortunately I didn’t complete the job as I had to leave for an operation for bowel cancer about 5 months in but I was happy with the team, very supportive.
