What should you wear to an interview at CitySprint Couriers?

  • My interview for a Operations Co-ordinator lasted 40 minutes. The interview itself was structured with the Operations Manager introducing herself and the company, she then asked the first question 'what do you know about the role?, then followed by a further 8 questions below:
What motivated you to the role?

How have you dealt with an irate customer?

How do you use multiple softwares?

What is your geographical knowledge like?

What are your top 3 strengths?

What are your 3 weaknesses? (She said I can give her one!)

What is the most thing that you've enjoyed in your career to date?

What is the least thing you've enjoyed in your career to date?

All in all although a good structured interview but it felt more like a conversation after I finished answering each question.

The only thing I was surprised about was the hours of work to which I responded 'Oh!'. They have a new client which means there will be long hours from 9am - 7pm, with an hour for lunch. There are opportunities to make money with overtime over the weekends, and there is the possibility of the contract being extended further than the initial 3 months.
