Productive and Progressive Workplace
I started my role 4 months ago, i have enjoyed it the training programme from the beginning was intensive and just the right length. The management and team environment has always been above average and they will always look to progress you when they see it fits. The hardest part of the job is some of the inquiries cant be resolved at first point of contact, but it happens sometimes.

Good salary but dreadful culture and management
A dreadfully dour and humourless atmosphere wheee my line manager had the empathy of a dead halibut and “sense of humour” was a foreign phrase alien to this culture. A very grey corporate bean counting place and I hated each and every moment and profoundly regret working there.
Health & Safety Supervisor in Reading
Didnt enjoy it. Far too corporate. Not a good work life balance and too inflexible. No chance of promotion.
Little opportunity to develop. Management not very good, with too much focus on brand and corporate appearance
