98 questions about working at Clarks
There was a group interview to begin with where we were split into two smaller groups, had to make note of selling points of some shoes and then present to everyone else. Then in the one to one interview they will ask things like what do you consider good customer service and something you were able to achieve despite tough circumstances and how you were able to overcome them. It was quite informal and a little awkward at first but it soon became more comfortable.

What is the uniform?
Asked 21 April 2018
Smart casual - can wear jeans but no logos. You are given a name badge to wear. Shoes must be clarks. As a seasonal member of staff you get one free pair, but permanent staff members get two free pairs of shoes per season (2 pairs for autumn/winter, 2 free pairs for spring/summer)
