How are the working hours at Clarks?

I was told it was an 8 or 12 hour contract with the chance of additional hours during the busy times I.e holiday times & back to school.
Good and flexible

Started off good, but now the company has gone down hill, there's no hours and not enough money to even live on at the end of the month!
