Apprentice Electrician in Exeter, Devon

Worth the hard work
It’s a good place to work provided you put the effort in too learn both at work and in college,l. The hours can be long during long periods but this is reflected in your pay. Ultimately you get out of it what you put in.Electrician in South East

Fast paced and stressful
Not the best place for learning, very repetitive, travel long distances, no time to do things properly as money not good enough, fixes has to be completed in a day otherwise you'll make minimum wage, if you're qualified you're basically doing 2 jobs running and organising multiple sites. Great place to achieve your goals
I work out of the exeter depot. We have a great team culture. Great opportunities to earn and a brilliant learning environment. I would highly recommend Clarkson Evans as a place to start your career Employee in Gloucester, Gloucestershire

I enjoy my job.. and no one told me to say that!
It is disheartening to read some of the negative reviews because I really do love my job and my coworkers at Clarkson Evans, but I also am not a site worker so can't really comment on what the company / management is like for apprentices and electricians working on site other than I know plenty of them make a lot more money than I do so if you're looking for good pay and are willing to put in the work for it on site, it's definitely possible here! I work mostly with training and apprentices and would like to say that those in training really care about apprentices at CE and their training and want to help them as much as they can do as long as they're also willing to help themselves and put in the work. If you're reading this and wondering whether an apprenticeship (or other job) with Clarkson Evans is for you, I'd say take all the reviews (good and not so good..) with a pinch of salt and come see for yourself.
