Mobile Supervisor in Horsham, West Sussex
on 30 June 2020
Very poor management
I applied for the Job thinking it was a Area Supvisor roll Offered the job then told me it was only a team leader roll but I turned out to be glorified mobile cleaner that really upset me as I had applied for completely different roll thinking I would be checking work training staff general Supvisor Jobs But no all I spent my time doing was driving hrs away cleaning and picking up on jobs that had been so badly done before I started at the sites and they blamed me for it haha everyone

Not what they say it is.
This job is advertised as an 8 hour working day. In the real world this is often a ten hour day. And you will not be paid for those extra two hours worked as they do not include the time it takes to drive from job to job, which is strange when you consider it is a mobile cleaning role. Also you will be rushed off your feet, working manically to get the work done, beware this is how accidents happen. They use a rubbish app to log the work you have done as well as track you, and timesheets too. they should concentrate on being a cleaning company not a tech company. I feel for the residents who dont get good value for money as you are expected to clean a large building in an hour on some sites. Management talk a good game, but are clueless, no way could they do the job themselves it would probably kill them. Also you may have to pay for fuel out of your own pocket, they will give it back but dont rush themselves like you have to. My advice look for a company that pays all hours worked and avoid this company. Poor pay, poor training. Work somewhere else.

Unpleasant working environment.
No toilet facilities available. Difficult management. Supplies needed mostly always late. 30 minutes break for lunch. Mostly working on your own. Often travelling to other sites with hover and other cleaning materials.
