The company simply does not care about their staff. Wages are terrible and management is even worse. Employees are penalized for poor company performance, even when this does not relate to their job/duties.
I worked here for over 4 years and yes there were ups and downs as with any job but the people were always supportive and bring the best out in you. Great atmosphere aswell. You can still have fun and work and make plenty money!
