Ok stop gap

It’s a general contact centre. Heavy focus on productivity. Hires lots of young staff. Not a good place for a long career, but if you can sell mobile phones, broadband and find a passion for the work, may do well to gain experience here.

Never get commission

Constantly raising targets to earn commission, when you do hit them they'll find any reason not to give it. High expectations for a minimum wage job with capped, borderline unachievable commission. Terrible

Only decent thing here is some of the other phone agents, all the manager ares useless, they don’t have a clue how to use the systems so all just ask the one manager who does poor kid, they just sit at end of bays shouting at you which ironic because if any of them was on the phones they wouldn’t be able to do half the job.
