Reviews about Pay & benefits for Police Officer at CLEVELAND POLICE

Mostly an enjoyable to place to work. Some bad management let the place down.

Fair pay, enjoyable job, good colleagues. Can be stressful at times. Worked for some really good managers but also worked for some terrible ones who were only in it for themselves.

Work life balance Bad management in it for themselves

Dreadful organisation

Very poorly run with corruption evident through the higher ranks. Evidence of racism throughout the force. Evidence of preferential treatment for certain staff namely those of a higher rank.

Secure with encouraging salary

Corrupt practices. Racist views. Preferential treatment for certain staff.
