What would you suggest Clintons management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Have better staff and a more positive environment. Keep staff busy instead of standing there all day.

  • They need to improve the culture inside their stores. Most places I’ve worked for feel like a family, and that helps you get through your day. Clintons needs to help foster that. With that, I feel that they should be more proactive in protecting the mental health of their colleagues, I can state as fact that mine and several of my work mates have suffered dramatically.

  • There isn’t really anything the owner was a great guy to work for very understanding fair and a real nice man as were all the staff that worked there who I still am in contact with now
I wouldn’t have left it was only we moved quite a distance and wasn’t able to do the journey

  • Listen to your employees and make it safe for them to communicate without fear of the management
