I liked working there because of the warehouse manager positive thinking and care of members of staff
The company does not really know what there doing in regards of container shipments the would ask there warehouse staff and driver to load a container when in fact they specifically employ people for that, there for not understanding the full extent of the business

Working on behalf of Charities and saving the Planet!
You definitely get what you put in great work life balance. I believe having worked with Clothes Aid for over 9 years explains all ! Great Culture, Supplied Uniform, Friendly environment. Working on behalf of Charities and saving the Planet ! As an environmental reuse company, diverting thousands of tonnes of textiles from landfill, and raising money for UK charities what's not to love!Company has a strong commitment to sustainability also.
Self employed collection driver in Stirling, Stirlingshire

Bad management
Worked here for about,2 weeks then decided to leave, got told at interview that you earn Great money which was lies, lucky if I earned £40 per week, then got accused of depot manager that I wasn't putting enough bags out, which was rubbish, we were putting hundreds of bags through people's door and hardly anyone was filling them and putting them out for collection, then they have the cheek to get onto you for not making enough money and threating to pay you off because of this, this company is a disgrace to work for and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else to work for them, it's a conn, full of promises at the interview Which never even happened for us, it's a complete joke

good flexability
If you have reliable distributers and put the ours in you can make money. it would help if you have a pool of people you know to help you distribute. I suffered from a number of unreliable people which made it difficult to operate.
