not great management

in my experience, the management is poor at times. You receive little to no praise from managers and they can lash out if you don't perform as well due to (for example) being ill or run down, or just having a bad day in general.The hardest part of the job is pushing us to achieve targets. The most enjoyable part of the job is the people you work with on a day to day basis.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!

There's a lot of favouritism/ nepotism and family/ friends type of teams, if you're not polish and not "one of them" you should give this company a wide birth. Promotions are inexistent if you are not one of their pets and if you complain you get sacked. The main spoken language is polish and they never let you forget it.
