There's a lot of favouritism/ nepotism and family/ friends type of teams, if you're not polish and not "one of them" you should give this company a wide birth. Promotions are inexistent if you are not one of their pets and if you complain you get sacked. The main spoken language is polish and they never let you forget it. Great working place.

It is a great working environment, where the supervisors and colleagues are willing to help and guide me. Training is provided onsite, via a web plattform, which can be accesed from home.
