Machine Operator (DTG/ Transfer/ Embroidery) (Current Employee) - Trafford Park, Greater Manchester - 21 September 2023

There's a lot of favouritism/ nepotism and family/ friends type of teams, if you're not polish and not "one of them" you should give this company a wide birth. Promotions are inexistent if you are not one of their pets and if you complain you get sacked. The main spoken language is polish and they never let you forget it. They hire a lot of people just because nobody can last too long here, it's mentally exhausting!

It is a great working environment, where the supervisors and colleagues are willing to help and guide me. Training is provided onsite, via a web plattform, which can be accesed from home.

Big language barrier as the majority speak polish so a lot of things are lost in translation. Management fail to tell you important things than have an impact on your career and you’re underpaid.

9 years working here and still love it!

I've been working nearly 9 years at Clothes2order, there are many other employees with long service anniversaries and it really shows that people love working here. The company really do look after you and listen to your personal and professional circumstances and requirements and are very supportive and empathetic. You feel driven to work to your very best thanks to the great team culture. Lots of great benefits to working including free uniform, free healthy snacks, annual summer and Christmas parties.
